1. Agreement to Terms:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Transfer Edge ABS LTD ("we," "us"), concerning your access to and use of our services. 2. Nature of Services (IMPORTANT):

Transfer Edge ABS LTD provides B2B management consulting, sales support, and logistical planning for the removals industry.

• Consultancy Only: We are a business support agency. We are NOT a removal company. We do not physically move goods, drive vans, or handle furniture.
• Liability: We are not liable for any physical damages to property, goods in transit, or delays caused by the removal companies we consult for. Any dispute regarding a move is strictly between the Removal Company and their customer.

3. Payments and Billing:

• Setup Fees: Fees for business setup, website creation, or CRM configuration (£600 - £2,500 packages) are due upfront or as agreed in writing.
• Monthly Retainers: Fees for ongoing sales management and admin support are billed monthly via GoCardless or Bank Transfer.
• Late Payments: Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to suspend all services (including pausing sales operations) if payments are more than 7 days overdue.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• One-Off Services: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, setup fees (e.g., Company Formation, Document Creation) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Monthly Services: Monthly management agreements can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.

5. Client Obligations: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your business, fleet, and insurance status. Transfer Edge ABS LTD is not responsible for any legal issues arising from false information provided by the client regarding their operating licenses or insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to maximise your revenue and lead conversion, Transfer Edge ABS LTD cannot guarantee specific financial results (e.g., £100k/month). Business success depends on market conditions, your fleet availability, and operational execution. We are not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. Transfer Edge ABS LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
